Morning routine that makes millions
Forget ice plunges, affirmations, and 5am alarms...

What's good
My morning routine is disgusting… like seriously.
There’s no ice plunging, 90-minute meditations or bulletproof coffee with MCT oil in there…
It’s only the boring, unsexy stuff absolutely no guru would ever post about which helped me build a 7-figure agency.
Now, do you want to know what this “ACTUALLY optimized” daily routine looks like?
Alright… here it is since you so kindly asked for it:
8:30am: roll out of bed looking absolutely disgusting.
Walk to the kitchen in my underwear, gut hanging out and grab the same bag of coffee beans I’ve been drinking since birth.
Stand at my big kitchen window and stare at my backyard for 10 minutes wondering "what the hell am I even doing with my life?"
9:00am: throw on some dang clothes, sit at the desk, and open Slack to 50+ messages ready to be “checked off” ASAP.
Plus, spend until noon figuring out what actually needs my attention vs what the team can handle.
Then at 3pm: take some productive meetings that actually lead to action items.
(No circle-jerk sessions about "brainstorming.")
3-4pm: Gym break, total non-negotiable.
If you work from home and don't force yourself to move… you're screwed.
Sometimes I even take calls while doing bicep curls.
And yes, my clients love hearing me sound sweaty and gross thanks for asking.
4pm onwards: Come home recharged and work on passion projects or house stuff.
At that point my actual work day is basically over.
(Oh, and can’t forget some THC in the evening to spark creativity)
And there you have it...
That's my "optimized stack."
None of that ice plunge, 5am wake-up, or journaling BS about manifestation.
I was able to build a 7-figure agency working basically 9-4 because I figured out what actually moves the needle rather than what looks good on Instagram.
All these "hustle culture" routines are just procrastination disguised as productivity these days.
Instead, get your coffee, do the work that matters, and stop trying to look like a productivity influencer.
Results matter more than routines.
