Meta won't admit they broke everything...
But here's how to survive the algorithm chaos anyway

SUP
If your August campaigns went from crushing it to completely dead in September…
You're not losing your mind.
Meta quietly pushed back-end changes from late August into September that absolutely WRECKED everything.
The traffic costs spiked, placements went haywire, and campaign stability disappeared overnight.
However, since I actually care about you (yeah I know, no need to thank me 😉)
Here’s my 3-step system to keep our accounts steady while Meta sorts their sh*t out:
1. Stop pretending Meta will stabilize before November
Every year this happens heading into Q4, but I haven't seen it this messy since COVID.
The algorithm is lurching into weird territory and veterans know it won't settle down until after BFCM.
So stop trying to "fix" campaigns that worked perfectly last month…
They're not broken, Meta just changed the game.
2. Diversify traffic immediately
While rookies panic about their Meta campaigns, smart agencies are moving budgets to Google, email, and SMS.
Don't put all your eggs in one platform's unstable basket.
Your clients need traffic that converts… Doesn't matter where it comes from.
3. Hold the line with clients: explain, don't excuse
This is where most lose clients…
They make excuses instead of explaining what's actually happening.
Tell them the truth:
"Meta pushed algorithm changes that affected all advertisers. Here's how we're adapting your strategy to maintain performance."
Clients respect transparency, but they HATE excuses.
Look, this happens every single year.
Veterans stay calm because we've seen this movie before… while most rookies think the sky is falling.
The agencies that survive Q4 chaos are the ones that adapt fast and communicate clearly.
So don't start panicking when platforms get unstable…
Be the one who rolls with the punches and keeps clients profitable no matter what Meta decides to break next.
That’s all for now,
Jackson
